We can offer a full design and build of all switchboards and switch gear using our new dedicated panel shop. We also provide all types of services including upgrades and preventive maintenance to full testing including thermal imaging and load testing.
Panel modifications
We can undertake minor modification to incorporate new systems into existing panels like the one above. This made this stand alone system able to talk to the ships systems.
Switchboard upgrades
We supplied and installed all new miniature circuit breakers and panel gauges on this switchboard, giving this board a fresh new look and bringing it back up to code.
Additional circuits added
Some older installations such as this one on London fire brigades pontoon needed new shore supply circuits added for their new fire fighting vessels, we were able to complete the works sourcing new old stock thus not needing to make major alterations to existing enclosures.
Switchboard testing
Switchboard servicing and testing is one of our main jobs, We have undertaken many tests on all types and sizes. This one had a full insulation resistance test carried out for a class survey.
Switch board cleaning
As part of preventative maintenance, switchboard cleans are undertaken to ensure correct operating conditions are kept. This involves cleaning any air flow filters and making sure no dust or remaining swarf is left in the bottom of the switchboard.
